Majority of our products are made through the 3D printing process. This is a unique, modern and specialised way of producing designs.

The 3D Printing Process

An idea starts the whole process. A 2D “drawing” of the design is made on the computer and adjusted until it looks just right. Once we are happy with the design it is converted into a 3D model and the printing begins! Then we sit back and watch our idea come to life.

The printer reaches 210°C to melt the material which it lays down, layer by layer, to create a product.

Each piece we make is made to order, customised to fit your vision. Luckily, 3D printing is PERFECT for making customised parts! Your design in your colours! Choose from our massive range of fonts and colours. Because 3D printing creates the part layer by layer with high precision basically ANY design is possible! Yes, if you can think it, we can make it!

The Environment and 3D Printing

Because this is an additive process (material is added layer by layer to create products) there is practically no waste; making it a sustainable and environmentally conscious choice. The material we use is biodegradable PLA and typically produced from plant starch, such as sugarcane.

Our 3D Printers

We currently have 12 3D printers which we use every day! Both printers produce products with a textured finish unique to 3D printing.

These machines allow us to print designs up to 45cm x 45 cm in size in a single part.
